REQUIREMENTS: We appreciate your continued support of using hotels within the Congress room block. This enables us to offer lower hotel rates for our attendees.

In order to receive the discounted rate, you must use this housing form to make a reservation. Rates include an assessment rebate to offset costs associated with this event. Room reservations must be made by the cut-off date of May 20, 2009.

Reservations made after May 20, 2009 should be made directly with participating hotel. In such cases, you should inform the hotel that you are attending the National Baptist Congress.

All rooms must have a guarantee to hold the reservation. Credit card guarantees will not be charged until after May 1, 2009. Credit cards must be valid through June 2009. If paying by check or money order, the amount of one night's room rate (plus 17% tax) is due at the time of submitting reservation. Tax is subject to change.

Make check or money order payable to the Houston Housing Bureau. Names must be provided for each room reserved. If you have any questions, changes, or cancellations, please email: housing@gacub.org. After May 26th contact the hotel directly. To receive a written hotel confirmation number, please provide an e-mail address.

Hotel may require a deposit for incidentals upon check-in. Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 12:00 p.m. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to your arrival date will incur a charge of one night's room rate (plus 17% tax) to the credit card provided as guarantee or forfeiture of deposit fees paid of one night's room rate plus tax.

An early departure fee may be charged by the hotel for a shortened stay.

Reservations are based upon availability at the time of booking. We encourage all
attendees to make your hotel reservations early. Reservations will be confirmed on a first-come first-served basis. Although we cannot guarantee your hotel reservation at the headquarter hotel, we will make every attempt to honor your request. All reservations must be made through the Houston Housing Bureau. Please do not send cash payments.
